Francisco Lugo-Hernandez

Francisco Lugo was born in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco in 1966. He then moved to Leon Guanajuato where he spent his childhood and as a young man opened his own taco stand and met the love of his life, Ma Elena Vera. They married in March of 1996 and were blessed with their first daughter, Elena Lugo, in August of 1997. As their love grew, so did the family. Ana Lugo was introduced into this world in April of 1999. That same year, Francisco decided to chase the American Dream in order to provide a better future for his wife and 2 daughters. Francisco worked hard day and night in order to provide for his family back in Mexico. After 8 long months of hard work and sweat his family was able to surprise him by coming to the US in order to support his dreams. Francisco continued to grow as a person and father. Francisco jr then came along in November of 2000. Francisco and his wife worked day and night in order to provide for their 3 children and make sure they had everything they needed in life. His career then began when Francisco went back to school in order to study to be an HVAC technician in 2003. As the education opportunities grew, the family grew once more with a daughter in October of 2004, Karina Lugo. Following soon after, he dedicated his extra time after work to study every night. He successfully passed all of his exams, making him the student with the highest grades and making his family proud. Success and happiness came with the years that followed, a first time home owner, new job opportunities and even surprising his kids with a dog. Everything Francisco did in his lifetime was for his kids, all the hard work, the early mornings and late nights. Francisco touched many lives, bringing his humor, his selflessness, he was giving and never thought twice about helping others. Francisco turned his life to God and accepted him in his heart. He always supported his children in every decision they made, he pushed them for the education that he could never have, brought his words of wisdom to teach and mold them into successful young adults. In the limited free time he had, Francisco would like to spend his time with his family, always making sure that they knew how much he loved them. They would watch and play soccer together, work together, cook together and celebrate together. All these beautiful memories and more will continue to live through all of us, bringing us happiness and peace when needed most. Francisco leaves to cherish his huge legacy of love to his wife of 25 years, Ma Elena Vera; children: Karina Elizabeth, Ana Gabriela, Francisco Antonio, and Elena Guadalupe Lugo; sisters: Rosalva Lugo, Lourdes Lugo, Tere Hernandez, Maria Lugo, Lucia Lugo. Francisco was preceded in death by his loving parents, Isabel Lugo and Rosa Hernandez. Mass of Christion Burial will be 10:00 am Friday October 29, 2021 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Terrell with interment to follow at Oakland Memorial Park. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Thursday October 28, 2021 at Max Slayton Funeral Chapel with the family receiving friends 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Francisco Lugo nació en Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco en 1966. Luego se mudó a León Guanajuato donde pasó su infancia y de joven abrió su propio puesto de tacos y conoció al amor de su vida, Ma Elena Vera. Se casaron en marzo de 1996 y fueron bendecidos con su primera hija, Elena Lugo, en agosto de 1997. A medida que su amor crecía, también lo hacía la familia. Ana Lugo se introdujo en este mundo en abril de 1999. Ese mismo año, Francisco decidió perseguir el Sueño Americano para brindar un mejor futuro a su esposa y sus 2 hijas. Francisco trabajó duro día y noche para mantener a su familia en México. Después de 8 largos meses de trabajo duro y sudor, su familia pudo sorprenderlo al venir a Estados Unidos para apoyar sus sueños. Francisco siguió creciendo como persona y como padre. Luego llegó Francisco jr en noviembre de 2000. Francisco y su esposa trabajaron día y noche para mantener a sus 3 hijos y asegurarse de que tuvieran todo lo que necesitaban en la vida. Su carrera comenzó cuando Francisco regresó a la escuela para estudiar para ser técnico de HVAC en 2003. A medida que las oportunidades educativas crecieron, la familia volvió a crecer con una hija en octubre de 2004, Karina Lugo. Poco después, dedicó su tiempo extra después del trabajo a estudiar todas las noches. Aprobó con éxito todos sus exámenes, lo que lo convirtió en el estudiante con las calificaciones más altas y enorgulleció a su familia. El éxito y la felicidad llegaron con los años siguientes, tener una casa por primera vez, nuevas oportunidades laborales e incluso sorprender a sus hijos con un perro. Todo lo que Francisco hizo en su vida fue por sus hijos, todo el trabajo duro, las mañanas tempranas y las noches tardes. Francisco tocó muchas vidas, aportando su humor, su abnegación, fue dando y nunca pensó dos veces en ayudar a los demás. Francisco entregó su vida a Dios y lo aceptó en su corazón. Siempre apoyó a sus hijos en cada decisión que tomaban, los presionó para que recibieran una educación que él nunca podría tener, trajo sus palabras de sabiduría para enseñar y moldearlos para que se conviertan en adultos jóvenes exitosos. En el limitado tiempo libre que tenía, a Francisco le gustaría pasar su tiempo con su familia, asegurándose siempre de que supieran cuánto los ama. Mirarían y jugarían fútbol juntos, trabajarían juntos, cocinarían juntos y celebrarían juntos. Todos estos hermosos recuerdos y más continuarán viviendo a través de todos nosotros, brindándonos felicidad y paz cuando más lo necesitemos. Francisco se marcha para apreciar su inmenso legado de amor a su esposa de 25 años, Ma Elena Vera; hijos: Karina Elizabeth, Ana Gabriela, Francisco Antonio y Elena Guadalupe Lugo; hermanas: Rosalva Lugo, Lourdes Lugo, Tere Hernandez, Maria Lugo, Lucia Lugo. Francisco fue precedido en la muerte por sus amados padres, Isabel Lugo y Rosa Hernández. El entierro de la misa de Cristo será a las 10:00 am el viernes 29 de octubre de 2021 en la iglesia católica St. John the Apostle en Terrell y el entierro seguirá en Oakland Memorial Park. El rosario se rezará a las 7:00 p. M. El jueves 28 de octubre de 2021 en la capilla funeraria Max Slayton y la familia recibirá a los amigos a las 5:00 p. M. hasta las 7:00 p.m.
