Angela Davis Vega, of Forney, passed away on Sept. 30, 2021 in Kaufman, TX. Angela was born in Dallas, TX on November 7, 1974 and was a 1993 graduate of Mesquite High School. She had a loving heart for anyone but was especially devoted to her children and her life revolved around raising them in a home filled with love and support. She was loved by all who knew her and will always be remembered for her caring, calm and endlessly patient personality. She leaves a legacy of love to her husband, Gerardo Vega; children: Elizabeth, Gerardo, Jr., Braulio, Max, Cruz, Jimmy and Maddie; mother, Janice Giles; father, Jim Davis and wife, Penny; siblings: Michael Giles, Bill Giles, Brandi (Davis) Westmoreland and Jason Krause; grandmother, Joye Altman as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Funeral service will be at 1:00pm, Monday, October 4, 2021 at Max Slayton Chapel with interment to follow at Oakland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00am to service time.
