Jack Mince

Jack Berton Mince was born on December 19, 1929 in Whitton, Texas to Jimmie and Prudy Mince. He married the love of his life, Rochelle Franklin, on November 17, 1950. Jack began his plumbing career in 1951 with his mentor Al Gann and eventually opened his own business, which he had until his retirement at the age of 70. Jack and Rochelle enjoyed traveling as much as possible and he loved to hunt and go antiquing. He loved to be with his dear friends and he had many of them. He loved his church and rarely missed a service. He loved the Word of God and read his Bible through many times. God and his family were always foremost in his life. Jack is survived by his wife, Rochelle and his sister, Betty Daniels. His daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Gary Sloan and daughter, Debra Caten. His grandchildren Ryan Caten and fianceé Trisha Morris, Rochelle Caten, Matthew Sloan and his wife Trish, and Benjamin Sloan and fiancé Callien Johnson. His great grandchildren Lyla Jo, Jack, Cheyanne, Dakota and Josh and many extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jimmie Mince, Jr. Memorial Service will be 10:30 am Monday August 20, 2018 at the First Assembly of God 203 Main St. Terrell, Texas 75160. The family will receive friends at 9:30 am to 10:30 am one hour prior to service. In Lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the First Assembly of God Building Fund 203 Main St. Terrell, Tx 75160
