    Kimberly Jean Wilson

    July 22, 1958 - October 1, 2018

Kimberly Jean Wilson, of Forney, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018 in Forney, TX. She was born July 22, 1958 in Dallas, the precious daughter of Troy and Patricia Frankum. Kim was welcomed into Heaven by her grandparents, Fran and Alice Mathis, her uncle, Delta Mathis as well as her Savior, Jesus, all of whom surely said, “Welcome home…”. A beautiful woman, inside and out, Kim’s radiant personality shined through to all who met her. She grew up in the Combine and Crandall area graduating from Crandall High School where her effortless ability to make friends was a skill she kept her entire life. A great cook with a talent for keeping everyone she met well fed and much loved. Kim had a staunch work ethic with her initiative in her profession as a Medical Billing Manager with Zotec Partners for over 20 years in Rockwall setting her apart with a stellar reputation as a valued associate with both the company as well as with area health care providers. She was a true country girl and she enjoyed any time spent with family and friends in the outdoors. Anyone and everyone who met her recognized her quiet strength and her unwavering support to those she loved and cared for. Kim had an innate talent for seeing the best in everyone and she could be counted on to mean what she said. She set the bar high as a wife and mom and friend and her generosity was infinite in that she would, willingly, give every last thing she owned in order to see someone happy. A fair, respectful, life-loving, enthusiastic, never-take-a-moment-for-granted-woman, Kim’s legacy of loyalty and love will be the legacy that her family will be proud to carry on into future generations. Kim is survived by her beloved husband, Vincent Paul Wilson; daughters: Kristy Martinez and husband Allen, Kimberly Roberts and husband, Jason; grandchildren: Britney Craft, Kolby Craft, Semie Session, Haley Session, Jacob Shouse, and Cody Shouse; great grandchildren: Jaidyn Powell, Carl Garcia, Joelle West, Sienna West, Amina “Coco Puff” Williams, and Ezra West as well as many other devoted extended family and a host of friends who loved her and will miss her dearly. Funeral service will be at 11:00am, Saturday, October 6, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Forney with interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Friday, October 5, 2018 at Max Slayton Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be made in Kim's name to the charity or organization of your choice.
